Allweld’s dedicated paint finishing facility, established in 2019, provides a comprehensive surface preparation and painting service to complete your project to a high standard. Whether your project requires protective industrial coatings, a fleet colour match, or a specialist finish for a defence or emergency services vehicle, our team has the equipment and expertise to deliver.
Our spray booth measures 15m x 5m x 5m — large enough to accommodate full-sized trucks and vehicle bodies. We offer a full range of paint types including 2-pack epoxy, acrylic, 2-pack polyurethane and enamel, in gloss, matt, satin and textured finishes. Powder coating is also available.
Surface preparation is a critical part of any durable finish, and we offer sandblasting, media blasting, chemical etching and grinding/sanding to ensure surfaces are properly prepared before any coating is applied. Custom colour matching is available, and primer and undercoat are included as standard.
We confirm your required colour, finish type and any specification requirements before work begins.
All surfaces are prepared via sandblasting, media blasting, chemical etching or grinding to ensure the coating bonds correctly and lasts.
Primer and undercoat are applied and cured as standard before the topcoat is applied.
Your chosen paint or powder coat is applied in our spray booth or coating facility to the required finish and specification.
The finished surface is inspected for consistency, coverage and quality, then fully cured before handover.
Your painted component or vehicle is handed over to you or passed to the next stage of the project.
