About Allweld Manufacturing

Allweld Manufacturing delivers custom fabrication, fit-outs, repairs, and workshop-based manufacturing for industrial, commercial, and specialised vehicle projects. We help clients turn ideas, drawings, and site requirements into practical solutions that stand up to real-world use.

Who We Are

Allweld is a second-generation, Indigenous-owned manufacturing business based in Maryborough. Our work supports organisations that need more than standard off‑the‑shelf equipment, from custom builds and upgrades through to ongoing repairs and maintenance.

Our business is built on practical workmanship, honest communication, and long-term relationships. We focus on doing the job properly, so the finished result works as it should when it leaves the workshop and when it arrives on site.

Family Values, Future-Focused Training

As a family-owned and Indigenous-owned business, Allweld takes a long-term view of both our customers and our team. Integrity, trust, and transparency shape how we communicate, how we approach our work, and how we build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff.

We continue to invest in apprenticeships and training because a skilled, supported workforce is essential to the future of manufacturing. By developing capability within our team, we strengthen the quality of our work today while helping build the next generation of tradespeople for the years ahead.

Our Workshop & Capabilities

Our facility is located at 18 Gateway Court, Maryborough QLD 4650, providing a modern manufacturing base for industrial, commercial and specialised vehicle projects across Queensland and beyond.

Allweld’s workshop supports custom fabrication, precision cutting, forming, welding, and finishing for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and specialised vehicle projects. From one-off components through to repeat work, we combine skilled trades, practical design thinking, and the right equipment to deliver accurate, fit-for-purpose outcomes.

We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and other materials selected to suit the application, service environment, and finished use of the project. Whether we are working from supplied drawings, sample parts, or a practical brief, our focus stays on quality workmanship, efficiency, and reliable delivery.

How We Work With Clients

Every project starts with understanding what the finished item needs to do, where it will be used, and what standards or constraints need to be considered. We work closely with clients to clarify the brief, refine practical details, and deliver solutions that are suited to the application, the environment, and the job at hand.

Practical Problem Solving

We approach each job with a focus on function, fit, and long-term use. Whether the starting point is a drawing, a concept, or an existing asset that needs modification, we work through the practical details needed to produce a reliable result.

Clear Communications

Good outcomes depend on clear expectations. We keep communication straightforward throughout the job, discussing scope, requirements, and any important considerations so clients can make informed decisions from the outset.

Quality Workmanship

We aim to deliver work that is accurate, durable, and suited to real operating conditions. From fabrication through to finishing and final checks, our focus is on producing outcomes that are ready to perform as intended.

Our Journey: Growing a Practical Manufacturing Business

Allweld Manufacturing has grown from a family business into a broader manufacturing operation supporting industrial, commercial, and specialised vehicle projects. As the business has evolved, the focus has stayed the same: practical workmanship, strong relationships, and solutions that are built to perform in real-world conditions.

Today, Allweld continues to build on that foundation through investment in people, workshop capability, and long-term customer partnerships. Our journey is one of steady growth, hands-on experience, and a commitment to creating opportunities for the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Results We Deliver for Clients

Across workshop builds, repairs, and fit-outs, we focus on producing work that does what it needs to do when it goes into service. Many of our projects come from repeat customers who rely on us for practical design input, consistent workmanship, and outcomes that stand up to real-world use.

Whether the job is a one-off component or part of a long-term program of work, our aim is the same: to deliver on the agreed scope, communicate clearly, and provide results that clients are comfortable putting their name to.
