Unmatched Fabricating Capacity

From sheet metal and structural steel to chassis, tanks and custom components, Allweld’s fabrication team handles the full scope.
With a 300-tonne press brake, 4m bending capacity and rolling to 100mm, we deliver precision fabrication for one-off builds and large production programs.

Allweld’s fabrication capability sits at the core of our manufacturing operation. From sheet metal and structural steel through to tube and pipe work, custom brackets, chassis fabrication and tank and vessel construction, our team delivers high-quality fabricated components and assemblies for a wide range of industries and applications.

Our workshop is equipped with a 300-tonne press brake with 4m maximum bending length, capable of complex multi-bend parts. We can roll tubes, pipes and sections up to 100mm, and our broader equipment suite includes CNC machinery, hoists, forklifts and a full range of fabrication tooling including a louvre punch, band saw and hydraulic bending equipment.

We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, structural steel, chromoly, Hardox and a range of other materials. Material sourcing is flexible — we can source all materials on your behalf, or you can supply your own. All fabrication is carried out under our ISO 9001 certified quality management system.

Service Process Steps

01Design and Engineering

We review your drawings or brief and confirm materials, tolerances and fabrication method before work begins.

02Material Sourcing and Preparation

Materials are sourced and prepared for fabrication, including cutting to size via our CNC cutting facility.

03Fabrication

Our fabrication team builds your components or assemblies using press brakes, rollers, welding and other equipment as required.

04Quality Inspection

Completed fabrications are inspected against your drawings and specifications to confirm accuracy and quality.

05Finishing

Fabricated components are finished — deburred, cleaned and prepared for painting, coating or delivery.

06Delivery or Next Stage

Components are delivered to you or passed directly into the next stage of your project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of fabrication does Allweld specialise in?

We specialise in sheet metal fabrication, structural steel fabrication, tube and pipe work, chassis fabrication and modification, tank and vessel fabrication, and custom brackets and mounts.

What materials do you fabricate with?

We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, structural steel, chromoly, Hardox and other materials. Contact us if you have a specific material requirement.
