Allweld’s dedicated paint finishing facility, established in 2019, provides a comprehensive surface preparation and painting service to complete your project to a high standard. Whether your project requires protective industrial coatings, a fleet colour match, or a specialist finish for a defence or emergency services vehicle, our team has the equipment and expertise to deliver.

Our spray booth measures 15m x 5m x 5m — large enough to accommodate full-sized trucks and vehicle bodies. We offer a full range of paint types including 2-pack epoxy, acrylic, 2-pack polyurethane and enamel, in gloss, matt, satin and textured finishes. Powder coating is also available.

Surface preparation is a critical part of any durable finish, and we offer sandblasting, media blasting, chemical etching and grinding/sanding to ensure surfaces are properly prepared before any coating is applied. Custom colour matching is available, and primer and undercoat are included as standard.
