Welding is at the heart of everything Allweld does, and it’s where our reputation for precision and quality began. Founder Andrew Shilleto holds aircraft welding accreditation, having welded engine mounts for Jabiru Aircraft — a level of precision that remains the benchmark for every weld our team produces today.
Our certified welding team operates across a full range of welding methods including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick/Arc (SMAW), Flux-cored (FCAW) and robotic welding. We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, structural steel, cast aluminium, chromoly, Hardox and exotic metals.
We offer structural steel welding, marine-grade corrosion-resistant welding, pressure vessel welding, aerospace-grade welding and on-site/mobile welding services. All welding is carried out to relevant Australian and international standards, including AS/NZS 1554, ISO 9606 and AS/NZS 1665, and our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.
We review your drawings, specifications and material requirements to confirm the correct welding method and process.
Materials are cut, prepared and set up for welding, including any pre-weld surface treatment required.
Our certified welders carry out all welding to the required standard and method for your application.
Completed welds are inspected and tested to confirm they meet the required standard and specification.
Welded components are finished, cleaned and passed to the next stage of production or delivered to you.
We use MIG, TIG, Stick/Arc, Flux-cored and robotic welding. Our team selects the most appropriate method based on your material, application and required standard.
